- Volume, geography and audit preferences
- Confidentiality constraints on partner naming
Execution
- Aggregate screen against network register (non-public partner detail)
- Score sites on chemistry, equipment, utilities and capacity
- Shortlist with documented gaps and preparation work
- Optional document-based qualification or visit planning
- Present options with risks — mapping is not final site approval
Responsibilities
- Chemlyst: performs screening; partner identities shared under NDA
- Customer: selects site and negotiates commercial terms
- Partner site: hosts qualification activities when scheduled

- Screening memo with exclusion rationale
- Shortlist with equipment/utility fit notes
- Gap and capex/modification estimates where known
- Recommended next step (trial, audit, commercial term sheet)
